Rory Cowman is a multi-award winning, qualified Credit Advisor (MFAA) who holds a Diploma in Financial Services – Finance & Mortgage Broking Management. Rory started Habitat Finance in 2004 with a vision to change the way the community viewed the Mortgage Broking industry. His approach centred on what he believes is the most important thing for any business, client satisfaction.
Rory's ethos is a simple one "Take care of your Customers and your Customers will take care of you". He and the HFI team constantly strive to exceed client expectations. Their focus is first to educate and then to motivate, knowing that educated client's make better financial decisions.
With a strong focus on community values, Rory and the HFI team regularly support various community events, foundations, charities and sporting clubs.
Outside of his busy working career, Rory spends most of his time with his beloved family.
Wayne has a diploma in Financial Services – Finance & Mortgage Broking Management as well as 14 years experience working as a Finance Broker. Wayne has worked as a Finance Broker in a range of environments including Accounting, Financial Planning and Real Estate and is well versed in Residential and Commercial lending, Business and Self Managed Super Fund lending.

Gariet Chow is a qualified Finance Broker and is a member of MFAA. Gariet graduated from The University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Banking, Finance & Economics and also has a diploma of Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Broking Management).
He is committed to assisting his clients achieve their financial goals through active and prudent financial management. He truly believes in a "clients first" philosophy and is devoted to deliver an exceptional experience to his clients. He is able to assist in a diverse range of financial needs such as residential lending and specialises in finance for the Asian and new migrant market.
Chantel Woodard has been in the finance industry for well over a decade, after spending many years in retail administration. She holds a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking Management, as well as a Diploma of Events. She has been with Habitat Finance since 2007, and continues to work towards streamlining our processes, managing our office and looking after our client portfolios through our exclusive Client for Life program.
Outside the office Chantel enjoys spending time with her family. She also spends her spare time volunteering for various charities. Aside from being involved with most of the events that these charities hold, this Pride of Australia Community Spirit Medal finalist also runs a support network for parents of babies facing a prenatal diagnosis, and has co-founded a fundraising group that has to date raised tens of thousands of dollars to help save babies and children.
